These sessions can cover a wide range of techniques, including passing, receiving, dribbling, tackling, shooting, and advanced 3D skills, as well as sport-specific conditioning to improve speed, agility, and endurance. By focusing on individual needs, these sessions allow for personalized instruction and improvement in areas that might be difficult to address in a group setting. Coaches Katie Keyes and Julie Owens have a combined 60+ years of playing and 30+ years of coaching experience.
